Darren Check has over two decades of experience challenging some of the world’s largest corporations and financial institutions, crafting strategies that cut through complexity and deliver results for clients.
Darren’s work has encompassed nearly every form of large-scale litigation, and he is recognized for his ability to evaluate claims, anticipate defense strategies, and steer matters toward resolution. His experience spans federal and state courts across the country as well as international forums, where he has consistently demonstrated sound judgment and leadership.
In addition to his litigation practice, Darren is a recognized voice in the legal and business communities. He is a frequent speaker on issues of litigation strategy, corporate responsibility, and investor rights, and has been involved in creating respected platforms for dialogue on governance and reform.
He earned his law degree from Temple University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
